Capability for environments
that do not forgive.

A defence consultancy run by two former French special forces operators. We spent our careers dismantling terrorist networks — and building the communications, intelligence and unmanned capability that made it possible.

Capability fails at one point: when the environment stops cooperating. Spectrum contested, bearers down, the platform hunted — and the plan assumed none of it. We build from that end backwards. It is where we spent our careers.

Capabilities

Seven domains, deeply held

Counter-terrorism is the discipline. The rest is how it gets done — the spectrum, the ground, and the means of putting something on a precise point of it.

01

Counter-terrorism & network targeting

This is what we did for a living. We map terrorist organisations, track high-value targets into non-permissive areas, and gather intelligence deep inside contested territory. We infiltrate by water, by air and on foot, and we evolve our tactics faster than the target evolves his. We like hunting bad people in the most creative ways possible.

  • Dismantling terrorist networks
  • Mapping terrorist organisations — structure, funding, facilitation
  • Tracking down high-value targets in non-permissive areas
  • Gathering intelligence deep inside contested territory
  • Operational infiltration — underwater, HAHO, HALO, and on foot
  • Evolving tactics, techniques and procedures faster than the target
  • Training partner units to do the same

Restricted line. Targeting and network exploitation support goes to authorised state entities only, against valid end-user documentation and licensing.

02

Communications & networks

Communications that survive contact. We build hybrid networks across the full spectrum, military and civilian bearers together, so losing one path costs an inconvenience and not the mission.

  • HF, VHF, UHF and SATCOM link design and deployment
  • Hybrid civil–military bearer networks with automatic failover
  • PACE planning for covert and overt postures
  • Carriage of sensitive and classified traffic, subject to client accreditation
  • Propagation, antenna and site planning for degraded environments
  • Hardening against interception, direction finding and jamming
  • Low-probability-of-intercept and low-probability-of-detection design
03

Signals intelligence & electronic warfare

Read the electromagnetic environment before it is read against you. Then turn it into intelligence a commander can act on.

  • RF spectrum survey and spectral analysis
  • Radio network mapping, characterisation and exploitation
  • Emitter geolocation, direction finding and triangulation
  • Cellular monitoring systems — integration, employment and countermeasures
  • Electronic support and electronic protection measures
  • Technical surveillance countermeasures and emissions security audits
  • Pattern-of-life and network analysis from collected signals

Restricted line. Interception and monitoring capability is offered exclusively to authorised state entities, against valid end-user documentation and applicable export licensing.

04

Geospatial intelligence & mission preparation

Know the ground before anyone stands on it. We build the terrain picture planning, rehearsal and execution all run from, and put it inside your systems — not in a report that is stale by Friday.

  • Terrain and route analysis for dismounted, mounted and airborne movement
  • Satellite and aerial imagery exploitation, including change detection
  • Map study, elevation modelling and line-of-sight analysis
  • GIS integration into the mission preparation cycle
  • Objective, area and infrastructure studies
  • Products built for rehearsal, briefing and in-mission reference
  • Fusion of geospatial with signals-derived and open-source intelligence
05

Unmanned systems

Unmanned capability end to end — airframe, control architecture, mission planning, operator training, unit certification. And the counter-UAS side of the same problem.

  • ISR and strike mission planning, rehearsal and execution support
  • Stabilised platforms and FPV systems
  • Extended-range control via SATCOM, LTE and airborne relay
  • Autonomous and semi-autonomous mission packages
  • Integration of commercial off-the-shelf and modified airframes
  • Counter-UAS assessment, detection and mitigation
  • Operator training, standard operating procedures and certification
06

Precision delivery & insertion

A payload on an exact point, at an exact time, unannounced. Both partners are military freefall qualified — HAHO and HALO — and infiltrate by water as readily as by air.

  • Military freefall insertion planning — HAHO and HALO profiles
  • Underwater and surface maritime infiltration
  • Precision placement of payloads across size and weight classes
  • Delivery into contested, denied and politically sensitive airspace
  • Clandestine resupply and equipment emplacement
  • Drop zone selection, offset planning and navigation to the point
  • Method selection — parachute against unmanned delivery, by payload
  • Operator training, currency support and standard operating procedures
07

Software & applications

Applications built by the people who had to use them in the field. Designed for bad bandwidth, no bandwidth, and the assumption the device ends up in the wrong hands.

  • Secure messaging, tasking and reporting tools
  • Mission planning, mapping and tracking applications
  • Collection management and field intelligence handling
  • Offline-first and low-bandwidth architecture
  • Device and data protection matched to the threat environment
  • Integration with existing command and control systems
  • Deployment on client-controlled infrastructure — no third-party custody

Who we work with

Two client categories, clearly separated

What we can offer depends on who you are and what the law allows. We state that line rather than blur it.

Tier one

Government & institutional

Full capability set, subject to licensing.

  • Armed forces and special operations commands
  • Intelligence and security services
  • Ministries of defence and interior
  • Law enforcement with lawful interception mandate
  • Defence primes and system integrators
  • Multinational and coalition missions

Tier two

High-risk organisations & individuals

Defensive and enabling capability only — communications, OPSEC, software, training.

  • NGOs and humanitarian missions in hostile areas
  • Journalists and media organisations
  • Critical infrastructure and energy operators
  • Executive protection and crisis response teams
  • Corporate security functions in unstable regions
  • Private clients with a credible threat profile

Offensive and interception capability never leaves Tier one. We decline what we cannot do lawfully, and we say so early.

How we engage

Discreet, scoped, accountable

  1. 01

    Contact

Reach us on an encrypted channel. No operational detail in the first message — one sentence on the problem class is enough.

  2. 02

    Scoping under NDA

Mutual NDA before anything substantive. Where required we establish end-user documentation and confirm licensing first.

  3. 03

    Proposal

Written scope, deliverables, timeline, fixed price. Assumptions and exclusions stated plainly — nothing discovered late.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Remote or in-country, as the task demands. We deploy into the environment the capability is for, not a conference room next to it.

  5. 05

    Handover & sustainment

Documentation, training, transfer to your people. Ongoing support if you want it, a clean exit if you do not.

About

Two operators, not a consultancy pyramid

Two former French special forces operators, twenty years of combined service. We spent them finding, fixing and finishing terrorist targets and dismantling the networks behind them — behind enemy lines, and in permissive areas where the work is quieter and the constraints tighter.

Asymmetric, symmetric and hybrid warfare, specialising in military communications and intelligence. We have worked the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and current theatres. That is where the judgement we sell was formed.

You deal with us directly. No account manager, no bench of juniors, no third party touching your material.

  • Discretion by default

We do not publish client names, operations or case studies. References go out privately, with client consent, at the right stage.

  • Practitioners, not briefers

Everything we advise on, we have operated. If we have not, we say so and point you to someone who has.

  • You own the capability

Source code, configurations, keys and documentation transfer to you. We do not build dependencies on ourselves.

  • Lawful by construction

Delivered within French and European export control and dual-use regulation. We turn down what we cannot do properly.

Communications & electronic warfare

“No comms, no bombs.”

Nine years in French special forces, specialising in military communications and electronic warfare. His work was holding comms together where the spectrum is contested and a dropped link is not recoverable — HF through SATCOM, hybrid civil–military bearers, covert and overt.

The same skill runs in reverse: spectrum survey, radio network interception and attack, cellular monitoring, emitter geolocation. He leads communications architecture and electronic warfare here, and works the unmanned side on control links and long-range relay.

Intelligence & geospatial

“The intel geek.”

Eleven years in French special forces, specialising in intelligence. His ground is the ground itself — terrain study, satellite and aerial imagery, map study, and the GIS that turns all of it into a plan someone can execute.

He leads intelligence and geospatial here, and owns GIS integration into the mission preparation cycle so planning, rehearsal and execution run off one picture. He works the unmanned side on ISR payloads and imagery collection.
